Ordering Process
Upon receiving your order by fax or e-mail we will issue a sales confirmation/ “Pro Forma Invoice?along with the estimated production time and shipping date.

All prices are quoted in US Dollar and FOB (Free On Board) price from Ningbo Port. Prices are in accordance with given pictures. We announce price change are valid for 6 months after sending date. For delivery with LCL(Less than Container Loaded), local handing charges would be on the account of buyer.
(Price and condition are subject to change without prior notice).

All items will be wrapped with single face carton or full wrapping. It depends on products you ordered. Any special packing required to the account of buyer.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity is FCL (Full Loaded Container) 40 feet. Mixed orders are acceptable as long as they are based on our MOQ and with a maximum of 2 different model options. At the same time, the final prices are subject to our final confirmation. As for the samples charge, normally we charge 1.5 times on basis of our quotation.

Production Lead Time
Most cushions and frames are made to order especially when many options are available. Production time generally from 30-50 days after receipt the down payment and depending on the size and the quantity of your order. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the time needed as soon as we receive your order. Unforeseen delay of production lead time may occur when materials are not ready stock, generally three weeks the material ready stock from our supplier. We will keep you informed of any delays as soon as we receive the information from our supplier.

Delivery Shipping Time
Delivery Shipping Time generally from 3 to 6 weeks to most destinations by sea freight or 3 days to 1 week for air freight. Due to the shipping time you should contact your own forwarder (shipping) agent.

Delivery Cost
We are handling the cost through      Ningbo Port only as trucking fees and Shipment Document issued. We put these cost in our selling price. You as a buyer should be pointed one of forwarder (shipping) agent in China or using our partner forwarder (shipping) agent to arrange the shipment. And we will apply the freight collect for shipping cost in every shipment activities. Our shipment is in FCL (Full Loaded Container). Additional costs such as insurance, customs clearance in your country and local delivery charges shall be your responsibility and can usually be arranged through your shipping agent or customs broker.

If you are in agreement with our terms and conditions, then we will request for the payment. You should choose one of our payments below:

  1. Down Payment 50% - Balance 50% against copy or fax of B/L (Bill of Lading).
  2. Down Payment 50% - Balance 50% covered by Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (by negotiation).

Balance payment should be within three weeks after shipment. Please confirm us each time you make a payment (Down Payment and Balance Payment) to our bank account and send the copy of your payment receipt by fax or e-mail.

Please note:

A down payment (D/P) is a partial payment made at the time of purchase, with the balance to be paid later.

A Letter of Credit (L/C) is a payment term generally used for international sales transactions. It is basically a mechanism, which allows importers/buyers to offer secure terms of payment to exporters/sellers in which a bank (or more than one bank) gets involved. An irrevocable LC cannot be changed unless both the buyer and seller agree.

Bill of Lading (B/L) is a negotiable instrument as the carriers official shipping document to prove contract of carriage issued by an ocean carrier for example against the load placed on their ship to verify that the specific load is onboard as cargo. It is issued by the carrier to the designated consignee on the shipping documents.


Regal Leisure furniture warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in material. “Defects? as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material that will impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty does not cover: (1) defects caused by improper assembly; (2) defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear due to age, (4) Labour or assembly costs, and (5) defects/damage products caused during handling and shipment and we suggesting you to apply the insurance.

Regal is limited to no more than one of year warranties unless otherwise specifically noted and are limited to the original purchase with proof of purchase. Regal commercial warranties are limited to no more than one year from date of receipt and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use.

In no event will Regal be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.


All information provided to Regal leisure furniture is treated as confidential information. We do not share or sell any confidential information except as necessary for the execution of purchase orders. This document must be read in conjunction with our conditions of sale. As a condition of a placement of any order, we assume that the customer has fully read and agreed to all above conditions.
